4. Stamp Purchase Coordination from Stamp Vendor
5. Supplementary Deed printing on Stamp Paper
6. Document Signing Coordination
Stamp and Notary Charges are not included in Product Price, it will depend on the Capital Contribution of the LLP and differs from state to state.
Document Required:-
1. Initial LLP Agreement
2. KYC of all existing Designated Partners
3. PAN Card of new Designated Partner
4. Address Proof of new Designated Partner (Any one of)
a) Aadhar Card
b) Driving License
c) Voters ID
5. Affidavit declaring the intention to become a partner.
6. Resignation letter or notice of resignation from retiring partner
7. Digital Signature of existing Partner (anyone)
8. Digital Signature of New Partner.
